The scope of services will be agreed upon before engagement.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide clear instructions, necessary access, and required resources for our VAs to perform tasks.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that tasks assigned to VAs are lawful and ethical.

Payments for services must be made as per agreed terms.

4. Payments & Fees

Pricing is based on hours and service type (e.g., 4 hours/day or 8 hours/day plans).

All fees must be paid in advance or as per agreed billing cycles.

Late payments may result in suspension of services until dues are cleared.

5. Confidentiality

Our VAs maintain strict confidentiality of client data, documents, and communications.

Clients must not share or misuse Tycoon Talento’s internal processes or information.

6. Limitations of Service

Virtual Assistants work remotely and will not be physically present at the client’s office.

Tycoon Talento is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control (internet issues, third-party tools, etc.).

7. Intellectual Property

Any work, designs, or content created by our VAs for clients remain the property of the client upon full payment.

Tycoon Talento retains rights to its training methods, processes, and branding.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with prior written notice (as per agreed terms).

No refunds will be issued for services already delivered.

9. Liability Disclaimer

Tycoon Talento is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Clients are solely responsible for decisions based on information or work delivered by VAs.

10. Policy Updates

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revised date.
